Abstract

Leaders have one thing in common: a mystical aura, something that seems to ensure their success in life and in business. What, however, is behind mysticism and legends?
We are tempted to think of a leader, implicitly, as a successful man. How do you measure success? How do leaders achieve success, what habits have, what values, how are they like humans?
The purpose of this article is to present relevant studies on the current state of the millennium business leaders.

Key words

millennial business leaders, revitalization, economy, Romania
